This form of therapy uses the arms and legs as leverage to connect to the trunk of the body. Rehabilitative Therapy is a holistic approach focusing on all of the systems as one dynamic unit of function.
Rehabilitative Manual Therapists are a great option for those who do not have extended health care benefits as treatments are offered at a decreased rate, however appointments CANNOT BE SUBMITTED FOR EXTENDED HEALTH BENEFITS REIMBURSEMENT

BIE identifies possible environmental, dietary, or other stressors that may be produces inflammatory or allergic type responses in the body. From there Bioenergetic treatment helps bring the body back into balance and/or dietary suggestions and planning can help resolves the symptoms that are associated with the stressor.

Kaitlyn is entering her fourth and final year of advanced manual therapy education and is excited to welcome clients as she opens her practice to the public. She values the opportunity to gain experience in a clinical setting and, as a result, is offering treatments free of charge while she completes her studies.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Brock University and has more than 10 years of experience working as a paramedic, bringing a strong clinical foundation and a compassionate approach to her care. She also has a background in—and passion for—fitness and nutrition, embracing a whole-body approach to health.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys learning, exploring new places, and spending quality time with the people she loves.

Alyssa completed her diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Prior to her studies in Osteopathy, she completed her Bachelor of Science, majoring in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph.

Alyssa was introduced to Osteopathy at a young age, as her involvement in competitive dance led her to multiple injuries that an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner helped her overcome.

Lindsay completed her diploma in Osteopathic Manual Sciences at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Prior to her studies in Osteopathy, she completed her Kinesiology degree at University of Waterloo. She treats people of ALL ages and has a special interest in pediatrics, pregnancy, and postpartum. She has done continuing education courses in pediatrics and CranioSacral Therapy.

She is passionate about helping people improve their health and quality of life. She’s a firm believer in the body’s ability to heal.

In her personal time she enjoys nature walks, a meal out at a restaurant, and spending time with her husband, children and friends.

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and BioEnergetics Practitioner.   With over 20 years experience, I began in 2003, graduating with honours from The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, followed by studies in food theory at George Brown Culinary College, and then on to learn the art of raw food with Caroline Dupont. Implementing these skills in a combined manner has helped my clients achieve their health goals.   Most recently I attended The Institute of Natural Health Technologies to become certified as a BIE (BioEnergetics) Practitioner.

I am currently offering BIE services at FORM Osteopathy the third Monday of every month, beginning in 2025.
